Equipped with:upper hatch Ø mm. 550 with screw lid; PE plugs and seals; 1”1/4 drain, 1” overflow, 1” full drain; relief valve; nipples kit.

Installation recommendations: away from heat sources and perfectly level so that the overflow does not let light to filter through. Connect only with flexible hoses that are straight and shortest possible

Electric pump for urea: the new EURO 4/5 directive on the reduction of pollutant emissions from trucks into the atmosphere, is complied with by installing of a catalytic converter on board the truck (SCR), which requires the use of a special liquid, a mixture of water and urea. Each truck will be fitted with an additional tank to hold this liquid.

Upon painstakingly analysing the problems linked to siphoning this liquid, we developed a reliable dispenser assembly, with materials compatible to this purpose.

The dispenser assembly was designed to be easily removable from one tank to be moved to another, depending on how the product is distributed.

A precise flowmeter allows to control the amount dispensed, the siphoning operations are simplified thanks to the presence of an automatic gun and the dispensing flexible hose.

Features: 1 40-L/min pump suitable for dispensing AdBlue with K24 flowmeter; 4-m delivery flexible hose measuring 20 mm in diameter complete with automatic stop end gun; case made of painted carbon steel (TF type) complete with support for mounting on the tank.
